We have several strands to our Summer of Play programme.
These include swimming, gym and sports court sessions as well as tubing and ski activities based in our ski centres. Details can be found on our online timetable on the website or app. Unlike our usual public sessions these can be booked 2 weeks in advance.
These can only be booked through the website or app using your child's/teen's Gladstone ID
These include sessions in our museums, libraries and visitor attractions. These sessions can be booked though the website and the app.
These are specially designed exclusively for children with Additional Support Needs. Book these sessions though the website and the app.
If you have booked the activity through our app you can cancel in a few simple steps. Go to 'My Profile' then 'My Bookings' on the app and select the activity you wish to cancel. Scroll to the bottom of the screen where you will find a large red cancel button. When you press cancel you will be asked to confirm you wish to cancel your activity. Select yes and your booking will be cancelled.
If you have booked through our online booking system you can cancel your Summer of Play activity via the 'Manage Bookings' tab when logged into your account. Simply find the activity you wish to cancel on the list of bookings and click on the bin icon on the left hand side of the screen. Click confirm when prompted and your booking will be cancelled.
If you have booked an ASN session or Create and Discover session you can cancel by selecting the 'view' link on your confirmation email. This will open up the details of your booking where you will see three dots under the status heading. Click on the three dots and press cancel.

AM Sessions are for P1 - 3 aged children and will run from 10am - 12pm
PM sessions are for P4 - S1 aged children and will run from 1pm - 3pm
We also have silent discos which run on certain days at various locations.
Our programmes are structured to bring the best out of every child and are timetabled to make the most of the facilities, the group dynamics and of course, the weather. Our experienced leaders know exactly how to ensure children get active whilst having lots of fun. Although children cannot choose specific activities, our range of active games means there’s lots they’ll love!
We have access to outdoor facilities at every one of our venues, we will get the children outside as much as possible (weather permitting!), so please bring shoes that are suitable both indoor and outdoor activities and appropriate clothes for the weather.
Where possible, please don’t bring:
Bumps and scrapes happen from time to time. Each camp or session will have a first aider who can make an assessment, deliver first aid and ensure your child is OK. If a more serious incident or accident occurs, we will contact you immediately.
Yes. If your child has a bad allergy or a medical condition, please stipulate this on your booking form and we will do our best to accommodate the needs of your child. All medical information is confidential and attention will not be drawn to the condition. Where necessary, details will be passed to the group coach for safety purposes.
We do our best to return lost items, there will be a rail at the entrance where we will hang up all lost property, please check this before leaving. Otherwise, lost property will be left at the venue for ease of collection.
You will find activities for children with additional support needs on our website and app. You can register for any of these activities using your name and contact details: ASN Activities. Of course we will try to include your child in any of our activities if you think they would like to attend. We may ask for your support with this.
