Here at Alford Ski Centre we have a range of lessons for all ages and abilities starting from age 3. Simply fill in our application form and we will be in touch with availability.
Price: Kids- £14.50 per lesson or £43 per month with the Learn to Ski Membership. Adults- £18.70 per lesson or £55 per month with the Learn to Ski Membership.
We run Kids term time lessons starting from age 3 for Preschool Mini's up to Level 5 Juniors, Alford Ski Club Sessions and link to our two local ski clubs.
Preschool Lessons mainly run during School hours or early afternoons on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. There are also very limited older Preschool Classes (age 4+) on a Saturday.
Junior Lessons run after School hours on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and a Saturday morning and early afternoon. We run levels from Beginners for those that have never skied before, up to Level 5 block lessons. For those no longer interested in weekly structured lessons we offer a fun alternative- Alford Ski Club sessions on a Monday evening.
Alford Ski Club sessions are ad hoc sessions for kids level 3 or above that are looking to improve their skills, without signing up to weekly block lessons. Sessions are more relaxed than the block lessons and will deliver a mix of fun drills and skill as well as some timed slaloms.
Alford Ski Centre are the home to two Ski Clubs: Gordon Skiers and GSnow. Once you have completed Level 3 ski lessons with us, you can then join one of the clubs and continue with your lessons. For more information on what the two ski clubs offer, please visit their websites:
Unable to join the term time lessons due to additional needs? No problem! We can offer Private Lessons for Children unable to join block lessons, or we can cater to smaller groups for group bookings.
Private lesson slots are mainly available to book Monday during school hours, Saturday all day and Sunday all day. Please ensure when booking a Private Lesson that the instructors are made aware of any additional needs at time of booking so we ensure your child is provided with the best possible lesson, catered to their needs.
