If you are an existing customer you can log in and renew your monthly pass. Simply follow our step by step guide below. If you have forgotten your PIN and ID you can have the details resent to you by following this simple guide: Forgotten PIN and ID
Begin the process here:
Select your nearest facility and click Next.
If this is not a renewal of a current or frozen membership please select "sign up for a new membership"
Select the 'Yes I have a membership ID and Pin' option, fill in your log in details and enter the security numbers showing on your screen. Click next.
Select the 'View details or renew a membership' option and click next.
You will see your current membership and the renewal information. Click select and then next.
Check your details and make any amendments. Read and tick the privacy policy and terms and conditions boxes and click 'next'.
Confirm your details and make your payment.
