Live Life Aberdeenshire has launched a Winter Wellbeing initiative, with a whole range of content to help people look after themselves as we move through the colder months.
Wintertime can be tough; add further lockdown measures and you’re looking at an already difficult time being even tougher for so many.
Even though we’re spending most of our time at home just now it’s important that we continue to look after ourselves.
The month-long Winter Wellbeing initiative aims to help us to do just that.
Content will be interactive and includes workshops, guest speakers, live and pre-recorded sessions offering information, advice, activities, as well as links to other resources for further support.
It focusses on a different topic each week, starting with a look at why being physically active is so important and what resources are available to help.
The topic of nutrition and eating well to boost the immune system and increase energy levels is the focus of the second week.
In the third week, we cover Creativity and Connection for that sense of purpose and emotional support.
The final week brings it all together with resources to support mental wellbeing.
