Residential Stays at Sir Arthur Grant Centre

We welcome all kinds of groups to the centre including schools, uniformed youth groups, corporate groups, sports squads and many more

Residential Stay Only

Whether you are a school or group looking for the perfect base or simply want to explore Aberdeenshire with your family and friends we have it covered at the Sir Arthur Grant Centre. Our newly refurbished centre has sleeping accommodation for up to 34 people and our residential only option is perfect if you have your own activities planned for your stay.

What is Included

Prices start from £20 per person, per night. Please note there is a minimum charge of £200 per night regardless of size of group. 

• Accommodation in dormitory, single and twin rooms 
• Use of a full kitchen, dining and living area
• A mud room/drying room

• Resources for some DIY activities
• 24 hour support from our staff team (on call overnight)
• Full access to the garden and woodland areas

Sleeping Accommodation

• 2 dormitories each with 7 sets of bunk beds (so 14 beds in each)

• 2 accessible en-suite single rooms with an extra fold down bed in each. These rooms are on the same corridor as the dorms

• 2 twin rooms which are in a separate wing from the dorms

• Tents for that outdoor sleeping experience

Living Space

• Fully equipped kitchen/dining/living area (7.5m x 5.1m,  38sqm)
• Adult/leader lounge/office (with 2 fold down beds)
• Shower rooms
• Toilets
• Bathroom
• Drying room
• Laundry area

Optional Extras

• Bedding pack. We supply a bottom sheet for the mattress but you can bring your own pillow, duvet or sleeping bag or hire them from us.
• We have hand driers but you can either bring your own towels or hire one from us.
• Use of a large indoor separate annexe with large indoor activity room (10.8m x 6.2m, 67sqm)
• We can deliver a range of activities on site such as climbing, zorbing, team building and woodland activities
