The Every Child a Library Member (ECALM) project is a universal offer for children's library membership in Scotland.
Every Scottish public library service is now committed to delivering ECALM to ensure a consistent approach to delivering high levels of childhood library membership across the country.
The national delivery pathway will establish offer of library membership at three key stages:
