As part of our programme of continual improvement we’ve changed how you log into our booking system and app.
When logging in you will now use your registered email address instead of your customer ID. As part of this change you will need to create a new password to replace your pervious PIN.
Your new password must have at least 8 characters and should contain at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter, one number and one special character Please request a new password then follow the instructions emailed to you.
If you share an email address with another member of your household, you will need your member ID, which you will find on emails from us. When you request your password you will be asked to confirm your member ID before being emailed a link to create your new password. Your password must be different from the password used by anyone that shares your email address.
If you encounter any difficulties creating a password or have been locked out of your account please wait 30 minutes and request a new password. If you still need help, you can contact us and request to be phoned back.
