As a more defined route, bench designs and album of music started to emerge a film maker started the task of capturing some of the moments of reflection that have been taking place as part of this creative project, portraying the region’s Covid experience with an optimistic feeling of looking forward rather than looking back.
The film he created, Hope, captures and celebrates the beauty of our landscapes and the enjoyment of being outdoors. Imagery is informed by nature and sounds of place with visual metaphors to show healing and transition out of the pandemic, such as signs of nurture and new life. It is an observational piece that allows the scenery and its movement to do the talking with the feeling and promise of better days ahead.
