Explore Our Timetables

Select a day and choose your preferred venue to find out what's on in our sports facilities. We have a wide range of classes and swim sessions available. By using the filters on the timetable you can simply browse all available sessions or search for something that suits you. You can also:

  • Click on a start time to see a full class description
  • Click on a session to be taken directly to the activity in our booking system - remember you must be registered to book a sports session. If you are a new customer you can simply sign up for free and you will receive a member ID and PIN: Join now

Booking is not required

Please be aware that booking is not essential to access our pools or gyms. You can turn up on the day and if there’s space you will be able to pay or if you are a member be booked in by our reception teams. However, we do advise pre-booking to avoid disappointment and missing out.

Find Your Ideal Session

Click on the start time of your chosen activity and a full class description will appear at the top of the timetable.

  • Yellow Kids and Families

    Kids and Families: Kids and Family sessions, fun and games, developing the FUNdamentals of initial skills and confidence building
  • Green Light Movers

    Light Movers: Introduction to structured movement to step into your activity journey. Aimed at those who may be less mobile, new or returning to exercise, in recovery, therapy and additional support needs. Developing and progressing at your own pace
  • Blue Beginners

    Beginners: This is for people trying something new, progressing on their fitness journey to learn new skills and take on a new challenge. Low intensity, developing skills and techniques
  • Red Intermediate

    Intermediate: Medium intensity, aerobic conditioning and body weight based techniques
  • Black Expert

    Expert: Medium/high intensity, strength and conditioning techniques
  • Orange High Intensity

    Advanced: High intensity, peak performance and strengthening development techniques
