New floatfit instructors trained


FloatFit is a 30 minute HIIT workout where you sit, stand, kneel and/or lie down on a large float called an Aquabase board.  This class enables you to do land based exercises on water which further challenges your balance and core.  If you want to burn calories, build muscular strength, improve balance and most important of all, have fun; then this class is the one for you.

Floatfit classes are currently available at Portlethen Swimming Pool, Turriff Swimming Pool and Westhill Swimming Pool.
