On Monday 1st February we will be launching our brand new virtual running series
Run 4 Fun is a series of virtual fun runs that can be done in and around your local area, in your own time and the best thing is - you choose your own route!
The aim of the series is for each participant to complete one run per month during February, March, April and May. You can complete this run several times during the month but you only need to provide Active Schools proof of one run in order to be part of the series.
Our Active Schools team have been busy looking at ways to have fun and stay fit using things around the house. You'll find lots of imaginative ways to keep active by watching our videos or downloading our activity sheets. Keep fit and have fun!
